We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted, including for sale items, during sale periods, and for Ramadan/Eid period orders. 6. Product Damaged: If the product is delivered broken, eroded, faded, stained, or otherwise damaged.
