Inaaya Store Return and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted, including for sale items, during sale periods, and for Ramadan/Eid period orders. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refund for any reason. Customers are advised to read the product descriptions and check the size guide before ordering, as returns/exchanges/refund will not be accepted for sizing issues.

All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Inaaya Store immediately upon receipt. We will not accept any claims (such as for damage or incorrect size received) made after 24 hours of receiving your parcel, including the day of delivery. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit once they have left our premises.

Inaaya Store will request photographic evidence of the entire order, including photographs of individual items, the faults, and the clothing tags. Items must be returned in the condition received, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels attached. The cost of return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. You must provide Inaaya Store with a tracking number, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the package reaches us. We are not liable for any missing parcels being returned to us. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts attributable to the loss or damage. Return items must be packed in the original packaging they were received in.

Inaaya Store reserves the right to refuse a returned faulty product if we deem it reasonable to do so at our discretion.

Inaaya Store provides refunds in the following situations:

1. Incorrect Size: If the size delivered is different from the one ordered.
2. Item Does Not Match Description or Picture: If the product delivered is different in design, color, work technique, fabric, etc., from the description or image.
3. Incorrect Order: If a different product or variant is delivered.
4. Quality Issues: If there are quality defects in the product that lead to wearability concerns.
5. Items/Accessories Missing: If the product is delivered with pieces missing, applicable only if the product is not wearable.
6. Product Damaged: If the product is delivered broken, eroded, faded, stained, or otherwise damaged.
