We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our items. Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted, including for sale items, during sale periods, and for Ramadan/Eid period orders. Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refund for any reason. 4. Quality Issues: If there are quality defects in the product that lead to wearability concerns.
5. Items/Accessories Missing: If the product is delivered with pieces missing, applicable only if the product is not wearable.
6. Product Damaged: If the product is delivered broken, eroded, faded, stained, or otherwise damaged.
