Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not permitted, including for sale items, during sale periods, and for Ramadan/Eid period orders. All items are thoroughly checked before being packed and shipped. If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Inaaya Store immediately upon receipt. We will not accept any claims (such as for damage or incorrect size received) made after 24 hours of receiving your parcel, including the day of delivery. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit once they have left our premises.

If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts attributable to the loss or damage. Return items must be packed in the original packaging they were received in.
